Dave Sherbal

DAVE SHERBAL currently serves as Director of Asset Management. In this capacity Dave concentrates on optimizing property and portfolio performance and value and also works closely with construction oversight and transaction teams. Dave has over twelve years of experience in real estate property and asset management and has held executive level positions with several nationally prominent multifamily investment and development firms. Prior to joining Fifteen Group he served as Regional Vice President/Senior Asset Manager for JPI Partners, Inc. one of the nation’s largest developers of luxury apartment communities. Previously he served as Asset Manager for Insignia Properties Trust. Dave has also served previously as CFO for Fifteen Asset Management, property manager for over 13,000 multifamily units. Dave is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration.
