Ian Sanders

IAN SANDERS is Co-Founder and Principal. Since its inception he has focused on the overall strategic direction and operation of the organization. Ian has also spearheaded the organization’s off-shore real estate ventures, including serving as Chairman of Swedish subsidiary Jeragruppen AB. Ian gained initial exposure to various aspects of the real estate industry through internships with a boutique Chicago firm while he was a student at Northwestern University. He also serves as President and Director of The Fifteen Group Foundation, a newly formed philanthropic organization that focuses on empowering youth through the arts, athletics, and education. Ian co-founded Fifteen Group in 1992 shortly after graduating from Northwestern, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in European History. Ian resides in Miami Beach, Florida.
