Steven G. Fink

STEVEN G. FINK is Executive Vice President and a Principal. Steven oversees the entitlement and development operations on the firm’s Boyle Heights Mixed Use Project from the Los Angeles office. He has more than a decade of real estate development experience and has secured development rights and participated in the entitlement of more than 6 million square feet of residential and mixed-use communities (more than 4,000 residential units) throughout the southwestern United States—with an emphasis in Southern California. Prior to joining Fifteen Group, Steven served as Director of Real Estate Acquisition for G. H. Palmer Associates. Steven received his Master of Business Administration from the University of San Diego, Master of Science from Chapman University and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California. Steven is passionate about community service and he is involved with more than a dozen community-based organizations throughout Southern California. Steven was born in Los Angeles and still resides there with his wife and two children.
